Haakon H. Jensen

MANAGING PARTNER

Haakon joined Bertel O. Steen Kapital AS in 2019 after heading up Investinor, the Norwegian government 4.2 billion NOK direct investment fund since 2016.

  • Prior to joining Investinor, Haakon was the Group CFO at Orkla Home and Personal Care (part of Orkla ASA), a consumer goods company focused on home and personal care products across the Nordics and internationally

    Haakon has 20+ years of experience driving strategic change and creating organic and M&A driven value, both as entrepreneur, line manager, advisor and as an investor/ active owner. He is passionate about driving tangible business results, and has been instrumental in the establishment and development of both Argentum, True North Capital and Bain & Co. in Norway.

    Haakon holds a M.Sc. degree (“Siviløkonom”) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Stian Skrefsrud

PARTNER & CFO

Stian joined the Bertel O. Steen group in 2016 as CEO for Bertel O. Steen Holding, coming from the role as CFO for the Norwegian private equity firm FSN Capital.

  • Prior to joining FSN Capital, Stian has 12 years of experience from management consulting from Arthur Andersen, Arthur D. Little and the Boston Consulting Group. Stian also has 8 years of experience as a line manager and CFO in private equity owned companies.

    As part of his role Stian has served on the Boards of Viking Outdoor Footwear, Bertel O. Steen Industri and A-K Maskiner since 2016, and played an active role in setting up Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

    Stian holds a M.Sc. degree (“Siviløkonom”) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Magnus Sletnes Naume

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Magnus joined Bertel O. Steen Kapital in 2019, coming from the Corporate Finance team in ABG Sundal Collier.

  • Prior to Bertel O. Steen Magnus has above 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance from ABG Sundal Collier where he was primarily a part of the TMT-team focusing on M&A and equity capital market transactions.

    Magnus holds a M.Sc. degree in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Magnus Naustdal

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Magnus joined Bertel O. Steen in 2020, coming from Arkwright Consulting.

  • Prior to Bertel O. Steen, Magnus worked 5 years as a mgmt. consultant at Arkwright. There he focused on strategy and due diligence projects, primarily for private equity owned technology companies. Magnus also has experience from early phase technology investments at Arkwright X.

    Magnus holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Economics, with specialization finance and computer science, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Hanna Kolvik Bergheim

INVESTMENT MANAGER

Hanna joined Bertel O. Steen Kapital in 2023, coming from the Transactions Services team in EY.

  • Prior to joining Bertel O. Steen Kapital, Hanna has 4 years experience from EY Strategy and Transactions. She has broad experience within financial due diligence processes across industries

    Hanna holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Cass Business School (Bayes), and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School og Economics (NHH)
